Come & discover everything about menopause, from the very basics of history, social & cultural attitudes, hormones, menstrual cycle, its changes during a woman’s lifetime through to interventions such as nutrition, training, menopause hormone therapy and many more.
This course will give you the science-based knowledge to understand the changes happening to your body & give you strategies to optimise your performance & health.
You’ll leave empowered with practical knowledge & tools for life.
When: 10:30 – 1pm
Day 1: 26 Mar SUNDAY (Science of menopause, hormones, interventions)
Day 2: 2 Apr SUNDAY (Nutrition, training, putting it altogether)

Investment; £30 per workshop, £55 for both days.
Early bird: £25 per workshop, £45 for both days if booked before the end of February 2023.
